someone is looking for, color, mods, etc....and being that it is the only one, then the buyer is willing to make sure that they are the one to buy it and will pay a premium....but 90% of the time the buyer is not looking for a very narrow set of criteria and several cars will fit the bill, leaving no need to pay a premium.
